Nutrition Coaching

Nutrition Coaching is a way to understand what nutrition can do for your body. You are different from everyone else and you are also constantly changing. It is important to be able to understand what your body is telling you so you can adjust your nutrition and lifestyle accordingly. 

We will work together to understand which foods, vitamins and minerals give you a boost and which will allow you to find ongoing balance. 

We won't start by cutting things out! That's not how this works long term. So it's OK, please don't worry, you will eventually want to leave behind the foods and habits that don't serve you when you start feeling better and more energized.

Holistic Health Coaching

I use coaching techniques, lots of questions (usually why?) and challenge you to recognise how your values and beliefs can shape your behaviours. 

Understanding your life experience filters and why you do what you do provides clarity for better decision making and empowers you to take action. 

This holistic 'root cause' approach is really powerful for creating awareness and enabling change that will last.
