I trained as a Nutritional Therapist in the UK, to join a much needed shift in the way lifestyle and chronic health issues are being managed. In spending time with my wonderful clients, always learning from them, I quickly discovered that the key to changing behaviours is very much in the empathy and understanding of their real life situation but also in the support and encouragement of consistency of application. You don't have to make changes alone, in fact it's so much harder that way!
Nutrition Coaching is a way to understand what different foods and nutrients can do for your body. Sadly many of us are never taught the basics, or we lose sight of them in the overwhelm of nutrition information available at our fingertips these days.
I would love to work with you to show you which foods, nutrients and practices will give you a boost, and find those that can support and nourish you for better balance. My aim is to reconnect you with your body and what it is telling you so that you are able to listen and understand what it needs.
